Rates vary based on location and number of people, but for reference, a class held at the studio (up to 60-min) for up to 10 people is $100.

On-Site Corporate Yoga

DM Wellness & Yoga is pleased to offer on-site yoga to local businesses within the Des Moines metro area. We can work with you to determine a schedule and frequency that fits your staff needs and company budget. We are able to accommodate teaching class in a variety of spaces and can provide mats/props as needed. Classes can be chair-based or mat-based and can be scaled to meet a range of participant abilities. Typical class rates are between $75-$150, depending on frequency, travel time, and if mats are provided.
