What We Do

  • Classes & Workshops

    We offer approximately 10 group classes per week and a couple workshops or events per month. Most offerings are beginner-friendly and all group sizes are kept under 12 people (some classes are capped at 8). We focus on yoga as a holistic practice rather than a workout, so you will find some offerings that are more restorative and restful in nature, not just active movement.   • Private Sessions

    Private yoga lessons are a great way to build your unique yoga practice. These one-on-one sessions are typically 60 minutes and can vary greatly in format depending on your goals. We will work together to create a plan to support you in your yoga practice and individualize instruction to meet your needs. These sessions are great for anyone that doesn’t feel comfortable in a group class, needs to work around a different schedule or location, or while recovering from an injury.   • Events & Corporate Yoga

    In addition to regular group and private offerings, DM Wellness & Yoga also provides yoga classes for businesses and private events. You can book a group class at the studio or host a private workshop for your family and friends.
